-ORDERS BEING SHIPPED TO MULTIPLE RECIPIENTS. If you were placing orders for items that are to be shipped to multiple recipients, each recipient must have its own, individual order. We cannot accept an order that is placed under your recipient address, that includes a note or message stating various shipping addresses. One order, one address.
-WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DAMAGE INCURRED DURING TRANSIT/SHIPPING. We photograph all of our orders prior to being shipped, to ensure that all of our products leave our warehouse in perfect condition! We will be happy to file a claim with the appropriate shipping companies if damages do occur, however the final judgement of that claim will determine whether or not a refund is to be issued.
-Depending on weather and shipping, some plants may arrive with mild soil displacement: these plants are still alive and thriving! Please tidy up soil, water and drain completely, and place in indirect sunlight after receiving your shipment!

3 out of 5 starsMy sister finally received the succulent tree. Very nice when she got it last week.. this week all the plants started to die… she took the tree apart only to find all the roots had been cutoff.. she is trying to salvage some of them so she can plant in her garden..

Had we received a message, or any photos of your order, we would've been more than happy to rectify the situation and investigate as to how you received different bulbs...alas, without you reaching out, we have no way of knowing! 2 out of 5 starsItem did not match description, seller opted to send a smaller plain bulb since he didn't have the ones I purchased but never informed me of the change.. Several succulents had fallen off revealing the glue and bent leaves on the succulents. Would not recommend this company at all. I had contacted them previously only for them to become defensive.

We do not appreciate false reviews, nor for reviews that state information that is untrue regarding the status of your delivery. 1 out of 5 starsI have contacted this shop twice and still no answer. I have tried to call there customer service and no answer. I have not received the items that I ordered and cannot get anyone to tell me if they have shipped or not. My items have been in the first stage with only a tracking number since April.

Unfortunately, we believe that you may have been trying to leave us a review for a separate/different company: we have no messages from you and do not have a customer service line for folks to call, as we are a mom and pop business :). We suggest checking your orders, seeing with whom you have also placed an order, and let them know about the delay!

Hi Jasmine! We had sent you messages with the tracking verification that shows proof of delivery, however we cannot control where the postal delivery service leaves your package. We suggested contacting your local office to see if your order was perhaps being held, and we heard nothing back from you afterwards. We apologize for the mixup and hope you were able to get an answer from your local office!

Custom and personalized orders
We definitely offer a custom and personalized order selections! Please review our store and select the custom succulent arrangement options; in the notes, include a brief description of what you are looking for in terms of color and style for your succulent arrangement!
Care instructions
Care instructions are included with most of our items, and we happily message our patrons with additional advice on how to best maintain their items to maximize their quality and growth!
Expedited Shipping
-EXPEDITED/EXPRESS SHIPPING: What this option means for OUR shop, is that your order is moved to the first in line for processing, and is mailed before the current orders we have. Ex: if processing usually takes 2-4 days, then processing for your item will only take 1 day. If processing takes 3-5 days, then processing for your item will take 1-2 days.
The additional/higher shipping charge is our labor and "rush fee," and does not mean that your item is shipped via express-overnight. Thank you for your understanding!
May I change the shipping address after placing an order?
There is a $5 fee for requesting a change of address. No exceptions
EXPEDITED SHIPPING: when this option is selected, it means your item will ship faster than our standard shipping method. This does not mean that your order is processed faster: please pay attention to our processing times per listing. Your item will NOT ship via overnight/etc unless you contact us directly and request this service, after which we will create a custom listing for you with prices that reflect these services.
